The Port of Stockton engaged Palmer to inform and educate consumers and businesses in the Stockton community. Palmer began with a baseline research study to find out impressions, awareness, and general facts about the Port. The baseline research overwhelmingly supported the fact that the community and businesses know the Port exists, but didn’t know what it did. We developed an ad campaign that not only created a bond between the Port and communities / businesses by using images of real people who worked at the Port. The campaign also informed as to what the Port imports and exports, its importance to the community, and wildlife conservation efforts.
