The campaign’s message is to tell the viewer to “Choose the Medi-Cal health plan that covers your family and friends!” Health Plan of San Joaquin has an exceptionally high conversion rate in the California Counties of San Joaquin and Stanislaus. The “Choose” campaign reinforces to the target demographic that HPSJ is the Medi-Cal health plan of choice and to apply today by going to hpsj.com/choose. The campaign was put forward in English and Spanish using a mixed media of billboards, transit signage, Facebook and Instagram.
