The Health Plan of San Joaquin brought in Palmer for our expertise in Outbound and Inbound Marketing methodologies. We were challenged to bring in leads among the target group of millennials that don’t think or realize they need health insurance.
Palmer implemented the Palmer Process to develop a branding/lead generation campaign. We implemented an array of outbound and inbound marketing strategies consisting of outdoor and mall presence, augmented by multiple digital strategies and services. Our advertising and marketing strategies included Pay Per Click, Facebook, Twitter, Retargeting, and a Web-based Network. In addition, the creative messaging and branding of this marketing and advertising campaign speaks directly to this demographic, and to a highly-targeted audience.
